The theme color of twitter logo is sky blue. The original logo was the name ‘twitter’ written in sky blue color and it was used since twitter’s launch up till September 14, 2010. Then the official logo was modified with the addition of a small bird which was called ‘Larry the bird’ after the name of Larry Bird of the NBA’s Boston Celtics fame. The color of twitter in this logo was changed to black. This logo was used up till June 5, 2012. Then the company totally redesigned their logo and introduced ‘Twitter Bird’. This bird is now the signature bird of twitter. Twitter is recognized world over by this signature bird.

Logo Microsoft

It’s been 25 years since we’ve updated the Microsoft Logo and now is the perfect time for a change. This is an incredibly exciting year for Microsoft as we prepare to release new versions of nearly all of our products. From Windows 8 to Windows Phone 8 to Xbox services to the next version of Office, you will see a common look and feel across these products providing a familiar and seamless experience on PCs, phones, tablets and TVs. This wave of new releases is not only a reimagining of our most popular products, but also represents a new era for Microsoft, so our logo should evolve to visually accentuate this new beginning.

The Microsoft brand is about much more than logos or product names. We are lucky to play a role in the lives of more than a billion people every day. The ways people experience our products are our most important “brand impressions”. That’s why the new Microsoft logo takes its inspiration from our product design principles while drawing upon the heritage of our brand values, fonts and colors.

The logo has two components: the logotype and the symbol. For the logotype, we are using the Segoe font which is the same font we use in our products as well as our marketing communications. The symbol is important in a world of digital motion (as demonstrated in the video above.) The symbol’s squares of color are intended to express the company’s diverse portfolio of products.

Starting today, you’ll see the new Microsoft logo being used prominently. It will be used on Microsoft.com – the 10th most visited website in the world. It is in three of our Microsoft retail stores today (Boston, Seattle’s University Village and Bellevue, Wash.) and will shine brightly in all our stores over the next few months. It will sign off all of our television ads globally. And it will support our products across various forms of marketing. Fully implementing a change like this takes time, so there may be other instances where you will see the old logo being used for some time.

We’re excited about the new logo, but more importantly about this new era in which we’re reimagining how our products can help people and businesses throughout the world realize their full potential.

Puma Logo

In the year 1948, Rudolf Dassler separated from Adidas and created his own shoe company called Puma. It is the third largest sportswear manufacturer in the world behind Nike and Adidas, manufacturing and marketing a huge line of items including footwear, apparel and accessories. Catering to the now well recognized and established Sportslifestyle market, PUMA distributes its products in more than 80 countries today. Puma sponsors more than 30 national football teams worldwide.

The company has also sponsored international soccer stars such as Pelé, Johan Cruijff, Enzo Francescoli, Diego Maradona and Lothar Matthäus. Puma is also the main producer of enthusiast driving shoes and race suits. It is the key producer in both Formula One and NASCAR especially. Today, the Puma Sportslifestyle brand is recognized for its best performance, design oriented athletic shoes and other sportswear. But besides its sophisticated product line, Puma has excelled in adapting a brand identity that is unique in its own sense, the Puma logo.

Created first in the year 1948, the same Puma logo is still used today with little modifications. It is a combination of a symbolic icon and bold typeface. The Puma logo has an image of a leaping Puma, an animal otherwise called a cougar, a panther or a mountain lion. Active both day and night, it is a powerful beast and an expert hunter that can jump to a maximum of 20 feet high in a single bounce. By incorporating the creature in the Puma logo, the company has summarized the complete meaning of its products into a powerful identity. The Puma logo itself characterizes the brand’s reliability and its products’ competency in the global market.

Additionally, the Puma logo is also multifunctional and can be used for different purposes easily while keeping its original identity intact. The size, background and color of the Puma logo can be modified or changed without altering its integrity. No doubt, the Puma logo effectively manages to brand the company and its products.

Logo Adidas

In 1996 this logo replaced the 1972 Adidas logo. The logo became the Adidas’ worldwide corporate logo. It represents performance and the future of the Adidas brand identity. Again like all former Adidas logos, it features three main elements. The three leaves in the 1972 logo got replaced by a triangle cut into three pieces. Apart from the triangle visualizing the future focused movement, it can also been seen as a strong visual representation of the classic Adidas sneaker with its three stripes on the side.

Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes. The website's membership was initially limited by the founders to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before opening to high school students, and eventually to anyone aged 13 and over. Facebook now allows any users who declare themselves to be at least 13 years old to become registered users of the site.
